Sample Policy

We offer free samples to qualified distributors and direct buyers. Our sample process is designed to be fast, transparent and risk-free.

Are samples really free? What are the conditions?

Yes -- sample products are provided at zero cost for qualified distributors and direct procurement clients. The buyer is responsible for the freight charge only (freight collect). There is no minimum order quantity for samples, and no small-order surcharge. Simply contact us with your target bearing model and application details to apply.

How many sample pieces can I request at once?

Standard samples are typically 1-3 pieces per model. If your application requires more pieces for bench testing or incoming inspection, please let us know upfront and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. For OEM/ODM custom samples, quantities will be discussed during the parameter confirmation stage.

What documentation comes with the sample shipment?

Each sample shipment includes a product specification sheet, dimensional inspection report, and our ISO 9001:2015 certification copy upon request. For NSK/INA branded bearings, authenticity documentation is also available. We can provide a full quality dossier for your incoming QC team.

Do you supply authentic NSK / INA brand bearings as samples?

Yes. In addition to our own manufactured bearings, we supply authentic NSK and INA brand bearings for various industries. Samples of these branded products are available upon request. Please specify the brand, series and specification when applying so we can confirm availability and lead time.

What is your warranty policy for self-manufactured bearings?

All self-manufactured Saifan bearings carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a product fails under normal operating conditions due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will replace the affected units or issue a credit note -- at no additional cost to you.

What happens if I receive a defective or wrong shipment?

Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. Our after-sales team will respond within 24 business hours. For confirmed quality defects or shipping errors, we will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund. We take full responsibility for any manufacturing or packing errors on our end.

Do you provide technical support for installation and failure diagnosis?

Absolutely. Our professional R&D and QC team offers technical guidance including installation recommendations, lubrication advice, operating condition matching, and failure analysis. If you encounter any performance issue in the field, send us the failure details and we'll provide a root-cause analysis and solution recommendation.

What quality certifications back your products?

Our facility holds ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certifications. Products are manufactured to ABMA, DIN and ISO dimensional standards. Precision grades range from P0 to P4, and noise grades from Z2 to Z4. Full inspection reports and certificates are available upon request.

How long does it take from order confirmation to shipment?

For standard in-stock bearings: 3-5 business days for samples and 5-15 business days for bulk orders after payment confirmation. Lead times for custom or OEM orders vary by complexity and quantity -- we provide a confirmed production schedule before you place the order so there are no surprises.

Do you update me on production and logistics progress?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, we provide regular production status updates via email or WhatsApp/WeChat. Upon dispatch, you will receive the tracking number and shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.) promptly. We keep you informed at every stage.

Can you handle urgent or rush orders?

For standard in-stock models, we can often expedite production and arrange express air freight to meet urgent timelines. Please contact us directly with your required delivery date and we will confirm feasibility and any applicable express charges. We prioritize continuity for our long-term distributor partners.

What shipping methods and trade terms do you support?

We support EXW, FOB Qingdao/Tianjin, CIF and other Incoterms as agreed. Shipping options include express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), sea freight (LCL/FCL), and air freight. For payment, we accept T/T (bank transfer), Credit Card, and Alibaba Trade Assurance -- ensuring secure transactions for both parties.

What is the OEM/ODM customization process from start to finish?

The process follows six clear steps: (1) You share your product requirements, target specs and quantity. (2) Our R&D team confirms feasibility and parameters with you. (3) We send a formal quotation and Proforma Invoice. (4) You confirm and complete payment. (5) We arrange production and dispatch with logistics updates. (6) After-sales follow-up and long-term cooperation management.

Can you produce bearings with our brand name and custom packaging?

Yes. Full OEM branding is supported -- including custom box printing, laser engraving on the bearing ring, custom labels, and inner/outer packaging design. We sign NDA agreements to protect your brand IP. Minimum quantities for branded packaging vary by product series; please inquire for specifics.

What are the minimum order quantities for custom production?

Standard bearings support 1 piece MOQ with no small-order surcharge. For fully custom ODM (non-standard dimensions or new tooling), a minimum quantity may apply depending on the tooling investment required. We are transparent about this upfront and always seek the most flexible arrangement for new clients.

Can you match bearings to specific machine or application requirements?

Absolutely. Our engineering team can review your application parameters -- load, speed, temperature, lubrication environment -- and recommend or design the optimal bearing specification.
